The FreeScan UE 3D metrology scanner from Shining 3D Technology is a handheld device that incorporates blue laser 3D scanning capabilities into a high-accuracy and stable repeatability package.
Boasting .02 mm accuracy in diverse application environments, the highly portable device weighs only 670 g, facilitating handheld scanning more easily and avoiding fatigue due to long working time.
A range of material adaptions support the scan of black and reflective surfaces to accommodate a wider range of scanning applications. Scan area can reach 510 x 520 mm, providing larger field of view for a smoother and more efficient scan. Scan data can be easily imported into inspection software like Control X, Verisurf Inspect, and Einsense Q.
