MIDDLEFIELD, Conn., June 17, 2022 — Version 9.0 of the Mx software platform from Zygo Corp. provides complete instrument control and data analysis.

With support for the Verifire Asphere+ (VFA+) instrument and the addition of a Robust Films module that allows easy measurement of rough films, the updated software includes interactive 3D maps, quantitative phase data, intuitive navigation, and built-in statistical process control with statistics, control charting, and pass/fail limits. Users can measure axisymmetric aspheres to quickly shift from mounting to measurement and insight in a few clicks.
