The MESO™ metrology solution from Imagine Optic is designed for at-wavelength testing of flat surfaces.
The system offers shop floor measurements for quality control and in situ process control. It features LIFT enhanced high wavefront sensing resolution, POP patent pending procedure for the testing of thin plane parallel optics, and Spot Tracker™ proprietary technology for absolute measurement of tilt and wavefront. It is insensitive to vibrations and reflections. Applications include testing in parallel optics, mirrors, beamsplitters, windows, displays, machined surfaces, prisms, optical systems, beam expanders, and more.
