BEDFORD, N.H., July 27, 2020 — Micro-Welding PlatformThe LPW2424 Laser Precision Welding System from BOLD Laser Automation Inc. is a fully integrated micro-welding platform with fiber lasers from SPI Lasers Ltd. for critical applications within the medical device, electronic packaging, automotive, and aerospace markets.

Built to maximize production throughput, the LPW2424 offers dual 24 × 24-in. pallet processing. With side-by-side pallet configuration, users can begin with a single laser head then add a second laser head for double the throughput as volume grows. The system comes with a selection of laser power options from 500 W to 3 kW. Integrated machine vision alignment with CADCAM-based control offers users a reliable and efficient production tool.

The system can be configured with a variety of automated tooling, robotic part handling, and large panel-based fixturing for production-level volumes. Integrated debris and effluent extraction system protects operators from harmful debris, dust, and gases.
