CAMBRIDGE, England, May 2, 2022 — MicroLED Display ProjectionsNative full-color microLED display projections have been announced by Porotech, produced with a single material and toolchain, enabled its PoroGaN™ platform.

It can produce a 614- to 625-nm wavelength InGaN red display, a 536- to 543-nm InGaN green display, and a 444- to 447-nm InGaN blue display. Applications include the commercialization of microLED displays for next-generation consumer augmented, mixed, and virtual reality glasses, smart wearables, and smart displays.
