GRENOBLE, France, July 22, 2013 — Resolution Spectra Systems has released the Micro Spectra, an ultrahigh-resolution miniature spectrometer for laser characterization.

Based on proprietary SWIFTS (stationary-wave integrated Fourier-transform spectrometer) technology, the device provides a resolution of ~0.01 nm and can be calibrated on several small bands positioned in the 630- to 1070-nm range. It is delivered with a long-life factory calibration, meaning no drift in calibration over time or temperature change.

Spectra Resolver software provides a peak detection function and several data collection modes.
