Three new add-ons are now available for LaVision BioTec’s TriM Scope II intravital two-photon microscopes.

The 4× Cloud Scanner is a beam multiplexer that generates a four-foci line pattern in each specimen. This scanner accessory separates the single excitation beam both spatially and temporarily.

The Horizontal 2-Photon Microscope (pictured) allows sample rotation by 360°. It enables high resolution imaging in all dimensions and tomographical reconstruction.

The 2-Photon Laser-Scanning Rotational Microendoscope features a <18-mm tip with an objective lens that focuses excitation light into the back focal plane of a thin-rod lens. It offers different imaging modes, including 3-D volume acquisition and 360° panorama view. This microendoscope can also be adjusted to record spiral panorama datasets.
