Argolight has announced the Daybook Quality System, a hardware and software solution to provide improved visibility for quality data and fluorescence microscopes.

The solution replaces a set of diagnostic tools with a single multifunction tool, allowing automatic equipment quality control. Users can periodically assess the quality of their microscopes in five minutes with greater reliability and reproducibility.

The system includes a diagnostic slide embedded with small, structured fluorescent patterns and powerful image processing software. The software analyzes the images acquired from the fluorescent patterns, extracts relevant data parameters and produces easy-to-use reports.
