Microscopy Stain KitExoBriteEV Membrane Staining Kits from Biotium Inc. are designed for fluorescent staining of exosomes or extracellular vesicles with little to no background.

The kits provide an optimized solution that addresses the challenges of extracellular vesicles detection. The stains are suitable for both purified and bead-bound exosomes and can be combined with antibody staining for multiparameter analysis. The stains are validated for flow cytometry, but they also have potential applications in super-resolution imaging or other exosome detection platforms.
