Mid-IR Optical IsolatorsOur 2-µm Optical Isolators are for use with thulium and holmium lasers from 1900- to 2100-nm region providing >30 dB isolation for power levels to 30 W with a pulsed damage threshold of 5 J/cm2 at 10 ns. Our 4.5-µm Optical Isolators are for use with QCLs from 4500- to 4600-nm region providing >30 dB isolation for power levels to 2.5 W and >65 percent transmission at 22 °C.
