The devices are designed for the MIR spectral range, and products include a wide range of LEDs, LED arrays, and spectral-matched photodiodes, covering the spectral range from 1600 to 5000 nm.

Applications include NDIR gas detection, film moisture content monitoring, and low power consumption for portable applications.
