Aerotech’s MPS series miniature positioning stages are compact, high-performance linear stages that are perfect for confined laboratory settings while retaining the high reliability and robust design required in 24/7 production environments. They are an ideal choice for measurement, testing, accurate alignment and component assembly in any space-constrained application. The precision ground ball-screw or leadscrew provides exceptional accuracy, repeatability and ultrafine positioning resolution to 0.1 µm. The MPS series is available with a DC servomotor or stepper motor, and the crossed-roller linear bearings provide smooth travel and excellent payload characteristics. Travel is up to 100 mm.
