It is suitable for handheld instruments where size and weight are critical.

The VS70, an OEM compact spectrometer with Hamamatsu CCDs and PDAs, is a high-performance spectrograph that can be customized for a variety of applications in fields such as analytical chemistry, medical analysis and semiconductor manufacturing. This versatile spectrometer can be configured for a variety of wavelength ranges in the UV/VIS/NIR and with a variety of PDAs and CCDs.
