Avantes has released the ULSi, an easy-to-install miniature spectrometer for industrial applications and system integration.

The spectrometer houses the company’s Ultra Low Straylight optical bench and a miniaturized version of its flexible AS5216 electronics board.

The ULSi is available with three detectors offered by Avantes: the Sony ILX554B, with 2048 pixels; the Sony ILX511, with 2048 high-resolution pixels for extra sensitivity; and the Toshiba TCD1304, with 3648 high-resolution pixels.

The same wide range of slits, gratings and other options available in the mainline spectroscopy lineup is also available for the ULSi.
