The ISOCELL Slim GH1 mobile image sensor from Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd is a 0.7-μm pixel, 43.7-MP device.
With ISOCELL Plus technology, the ultra-high-resolution GH1 image sensor features a small footprint for slim, full-display devices. Pixel isolation technology minimizes color cross-talk and optical loss with its small pixels able to absorb sufficient light information for bright and vivid photographs. In low-light environments, the GH1 makes use of pixel-merging Tetracell technology that enables higher light sensitivity equivalent to that of a 1.4-μm pixel image sensor.
The ISOCELL Slim GH1 can take 4K videos with minimum loss in the field of view. It supports gyro-based electronic image stabilization and a high-performing phase detection auto-focus technology for fast and accurate autofocus.
