Modular motion control from the micro to the picoscale. Piezoactuated closed loop nanopositioning systems equipped with proprietary PicoQ® sensors giving low noise and high precision performance. Stepper motor micropositioners designed specifically for use with nanopositioners that can be combined to form modular designs for a variety of applications in optical microscopy, inspection, and photonics. Examples of modular motion designs include video optical microscopes, atomic force microscopes, and DIY microscopes.
