The HALO KA Max Analyzer from Tiger Optics LLC enables detection of trace moisture down to a 100-parts-per-trillion (ppt) level in an ultrahigh-purity (UHP) gas stream.

The analyzer excels in trace-level water detection in the various bulk and specialty gases used throughout advanced semiconductor, MEMS, LED, and display manufacturing applications. In addition to the significantly improved detection limit, the HALO KA Max offers even faster response than its lauded predecessor, the field-proven HALO KA, while retaining the same compact footprint and intuitive, graphical user interface.

The HALO KA Max requires no moving parts or calibration.
