ST. LOUIS, Oct. 2, 2019 — Monochrome CMOS CameraThe See3CAM_CU55M from e-con Systems Inc. is a 5-MP, monochrome USB 3.1 high-speed camera with a 1/2.5-in. AR0521 CMOS image sensor.

Backed by 2.2- × 2.2-μm pixel BSI technology, the device produces monochrome images of high quality and a high signal-to-noise ratio, guaranteeing low noise in all conditions. Its NIR responsivity ensures image quality in a variety of lighting conditions. The See3CAM_CU55M also comes with high-definition video playback that provides disruption-free streaming capabilities.

The camera can be used for iris and biometric authentication, digital microscopy, biomedical diagnostic equipment, barcode recognition, and more.
