V-781 series monolithic XY linear stages from PI are designed for metrology, optics, automation, biotech, precision assembly, and industrial applications. The stages integrated direct-drive motors and feature crossed-roller bearings and nanometer-resolution encoder feedback. The V-781 stages offer 110 mm × 110 mm, 210 mm × 210 mm, and 310 mm × 310 mm travel ranges, as well as bidirectional repeatability of ±0.07 µm and geometric accuracy in flatness, straightness, pitch, and yaw.
