VAUGHAN, Ontario, Jan. 6, 2023 — Motion ControllersThe Galil DMC-3x01x Motion Controller series from Electromate Inc. are single-axis devices featuring Ethernet/RS232 communication and an optional 800-W servo drive.

The controllers use a 32-bit RISC processor to provide higher speed than previous models. Two-letter, intuitive commands and a full set of software tools for servo tuning and analysis make programming simple. It is available as a compact card-level or box-level unit, can connect to a stepper or servo motor amplifier of any power range, and operates as a standalone device or can be networked to a PC via Ethernet. Modes of motion include point-to-point positioning, position tracking, jogging, contouring, electronic gearing, and ecam.
