KENLEY, England, June 10, 2019 — Mounted or Unmounted Spherical MirrorsSpherical mirrors from Optical Surfaces Ltd. feature radii from 25 to 5000 mm for use in UV-VIS and IR applications.

Typical achievable surface accuracy is better than lambda/30 pv, surface quality is 10:5 scratch dig, and micro-roughness is <1.2 nm RMS. An ISO 9001-2000-approved manufacturing facility provides the flexible resources to supply from single specialist requirements to OEM quantities.

The mirrors can be used in schlieren imaging, wind tunnels, observatory spectrographs, bubble chambers, and as hindle spheres to test hyperboloids.
