The legendary 9071 and 9082 kinematic stages from New Focus™ are now available in standard vacuum-compatible versions. With their 10E-6 torr rating, these stages are ideal for applications in ultraclean and high-vacuum environments. All of the outstanding performance features of the standard stages continue on in the vacuum-compatible versions: excellent kinematic stability, exceptionally low beam height and superior adjustment sensitivity.
