TOKYO, March 9, 2023 — Multi-Band Light SourceFurukawa’s ultra-small narrow linewidth tunable light source supports the super C-band and L-band in addition to the current C-band. The Nano-ITLA’s extended bandwidth offers more usable channels and can be used to establish medium to long range optical communications infrastructure. The technology consumes 3.7 W of power and offers a linewidth of less than 150 kHz and a stability of <± 1.5 GHz.
