Multichannel LED Illumination System

PLEASANTON, Calif., Aug. 15, 2025 — The TALON from TechniQuip provides multichannel LED illumination for fluorescence microscopy and life science applications. The illumination system has fast pulsing speeds of >100 kHz and high flux densities exceeding 250 mw/mm². Providing mercury-free and eco-smart features eliminate hazardous waste to improve lab safety. The system is designed to replace mercury arc or metal-halide lamps in fluorescence microscopy to enable live cell imaging without the photobleaching or cell viability deterioration associated with traditional technologies.
