Multiphoton MicroscopeThe Ultima Investigator multiphoton microscope from Bruker Corp. uses four close-coupled detectors to maximize collection efficiency.

When combined with the company's next-generation preamplifier, the microscope delivers signal-to-noise levels suitable for high-speed imaging at depths up to 1 μm. A rotatable nose piece allows off-axis imaging for advanced in vivo neural activity research.

An improved detection path increases photon collection efficiency. Prairie View software provides links to other software platforms for data transfer and scripting, allowing closed-loop experiments during data acquisition.
