Aerotech_ANT-LX.jpgAerotech Inc. has introduced a nanotranslator series that features high acceleration and velocity. The Ant-LX series offers 5-g acceleration, 500- mm/s velocity and improved load capacity. It has 2.5-nm linear resolution, turnkey drive and control electronics, a noncontact design and high-speed real-time axis calibration. It is available in X, X-Y and X-Y-Z stages and in other combinations. The series has universal mounting as well as tabletop patterns that allow for easy system integration. Both 25- and 50-mm travel versions are available and can be integrated without interface plates.
