i_NEAR The MicronViewer Model 7290AX portable near-infrared camera from Electrophysics Corp. includes a rechargeable one-hour battery. It delivers 700 TV-line resolution and is sensitive from 400 nm to 2 µm. An extended wavelength version that is sensitive to 2.2 µm is also available. Standard features include automatic and manual gain control, an internal filter holder, C-mount lenses and a standard video output signal. The camera is suited for observing infrared emission from objects at temperatures above 250 °C.
