Analytical Spectral Devices Inc. offers a filter wheel accessory for testing near-IR analyzers to ensure compliance with near-IR spectroscopy standards. The Filter Wheel tests wavelength, linearity and noise with a wizard-enhanced software program that leads users through the process. The tests can be run individually or as a suite, and individual results can be viewed during the test process or cumulatively when overall results have been obtained. The device maintains a log of past results for tracking and analysis. It measures 4.5 x 2.5 x 4 in. and connects to analyzers with a 1-m SMA-to-SMA fiber optic jumper cable.
