Navitar.jpgThe high-magnification Zoom 6000, 12× and Precise Eye lens systems from Navitar Inc. now are available with NIR coatings. The NIR systems — as with the non-NIR systems — allow zoom magnification from 0.09× to 228× and fixed magnification from 0.30× to 0.91×, and both zoom and fixed versions can be ordered with detents and apertures. Optimized for imaging in the 700- to 1550-nm-wavelength range, the products are designed for photoemission microscopy, back-side photomask registration and other applications. The motorized Zoom 6000 and 12× systems allow for inspection process automation.
