NanoCytometerThe Delaware Flow NanoCytometer from Kinetic River Corp. is designed for the sensitive detection of sub-µm particles, including extracellular vesicles and tumor-derived exosomes, in flow cytometry.

The system provides sensitive detection and characterization of biological and nonbiological nanoparticles. Based on the modular, customizable Potomac architecture, the NanoCytometer incorporates design modifications intended to enhance nanoparticle sensitivity without compromising throughput.

The Delaware’s high-power lasers provide up to five excitation wavelengths of 375, 405, 488, 532, and 640 nm, along with a proprietary high-numerical aperture collection lens, to deliver maximum sensitivity. It offers two scattering channels, up to eight fluorescence detection channels, and better than 50-nm sensitivity with silica nanoparticles.
