The Centurion diode-pumped, Q-switched, pulsed Nd:YAG laser announced by Big Sky Laser Technologies delivers 45 mJ at 1064 nm in 7-ns pulses. The industrial laser’s compact head contains most of the electronics, and its 19-in. rack holds the power supply and CPU card. Heat can be removed via a fan and heat sink or by attaching a cold plate. All harmonics and a variety of control interfaces are available.
