Hamamatsu.jpgHamamatsu Corp. has introduced its H10330 series near-IR photomultiplier tube (PMT) modules with thermoelectric cooling in a thermally insulated sealed housing evacuated to a high vacuum. PMTs in the series exhibit low noise, rise times of 900 ps and transit time spreads of 300 ps. Detection ranges vary among models in the series, from 950 to 1200 nm for the H10330-25, from 950 to 1400 nm for the H10330-45 and from 950 to 1700 nm for the H10330-75. The devices can be used for photon counting and for measuring photoluminescence, fluorescence, fluorescence lifetime, singlet oxygen and Raman spectra.
