NORTH SYRACUSE, N.Y., April 26, 2018 — Network-Attached ReaderThe ThingMagic IZAR from JADAK is a compact, programmable, four-port RAIN ultrahigh-frequency RFID network-attached reader with read and write capability.

Designed for medical, retail, and transportation customers who need to implement a high-performing RFID system while minimizing engineering costs, the reader is ready to use out of the box and easy to integrate for customers with limited design capability. It allows on-reader applications and processes, increasing efficiency and eliminating the need for additional processors, reducing customer design time.

A performance of >750 tag reads per second allows ThingMagic IZAR to be used in a wide variety of applications, while output power levels of up to +31.5 dBm and high receiver sensitivity permit longer read distances. Applications include cabinets and lockers, portals, warehouse and supply chain, inventory monitoring, and access control.
