UNTERHACHING, Germany, June 26, 2018 — Neutral-Point-Clamped Power ModulesThe flowNPC 0 neutral-point-clamped power module from Vincotech GmbH features the latest insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) technology in a combination engineered to optimize cost and efficiency for three-phase solar and uninterruptible power supply applications.

Rated for 650 V/100 A, this power module is able to deliver switching frequencies up to 50 kHz even without silicon carbide technology. Its chipset has been optimized to deliver the best performance at real power, yet they retain high-reactive-power capability to offer best-in-class power density. The ability of real multiple chip sourcing improves component supply security.

The flowNPC 0 is available with press-fit and solder pins, without adding any nonrecurring engineering costs to the bottom line.
