New Infrared DetectorsHamamatsu has introduced new IR detectors for a variety of applications. These include new InGaAs PIN photodiodes for NIR detection and InGaAs image sensors for NIR spectroscopy, sorting and imaging. For mid-IR applications such as gas detection and radiation thermometry, we offer compact InAsSb photovoltaic detectors that operate at room temperature and have a 5.3-µm cutoff wavelength.
