New USB3 industrial cameras available at short notice

It's certainly no secret: semiconductors are currently in short supply worldwide and across all industries. This has a direct impact on the delivery times of products – including industrial cameras. IDS Imaging Development Systems recognized this challenge early on and decided to invest in new solutions. The company offers you new USB3 Vision hardware revisions with immediate effect. Series production has already started and will be continuously expanded. Learn more.

In addition to the established USB3 models of the uEye CP, SE, LE and ACP families, the company will gradually offer you alternative models with numerous sensors and Vision Standard compatibility. Short delivery times are likewise possible with the USB3 cameras of the uEye XCP and uEye XLE families, which are also newly developed and hardly affected by semiconductor shortages. The new, cost-optimized industrial cameras from IDS excel wherever the essentials matter. In the uEye XCP and XLE series, you can choose between the 2.3 MP global shutter sensor AR0234 and the 5 MP rolling shutter sensor AR0521 from Onsemi. In addition, the 8.46 MP sensor from the Sony Starvis series will soon be available.

The models in this camera family measure only 29 x 29 x 17 mm (W/H/L) and, thanks to their zinc die-cast full housing, C-Mount and USB Micro-B connector, they can be used in a wide range of applications in both industrial and non- industrial areas.
