ROCKLAND, Mass., Aug. 2, 2016 — Nikon Compatible Stage and ComponentsPrior Scientific Inc. has announced compatibility between its ProScan H117 high-precision motorized flat-top stage and IS102/103 OptiScan microscope automation components with Nikon’s Ts2R and Ts2R-FL inverted research microscopes.

The Eclipse Ts2R is configurable with a wide variety of observation methods. The broad range of observation methods, smaller body and improved ease of use benefit research laboratories and improve workflow.

Replacing the Ts2R’s plain or manual stage with an XY motorized stage or adding motorized focus control creates a cost-effective motorized imaging system when used with Nikon imaging software.
