CHESHAM, England, Nov. 3, 2021 — Non-browning Zoom LensThe Model 290 non-browning zoom lens from Resolve Optics Ltd. is a motorized, 6× device with a range of mechanical options to optimally suit different applications that may be subject to radiation.

Operating at f/1.8, the Model 290 provides high image resolution and minimum geometric distortion throughout the 400- to 750-nm spectral region. It is optimized for use with single-chip, 1/2-in., and 2/3-in. CCTV cameras, as well as Newvicon and Chalnicon tubes. The Model 290 can be used in nuclear fuel handling operation, reactor active zones, and radioactive waste storage plants.

For applications where space is limited, a concentric motor option can be used, and in environments subject to electronic interference, a noise suppression option can be used to minimize degradation of optical performance.
