WALTHAM, Mass., July 28, 2022 — OEM ObjectivesThe MXPLFLN series of OEM objectives from Evident Corp. are manufactured using novel lens polishing technology.

Users can view high-resolution, high-magnification images at 20× and 50× while maintaining a 3-mm working distance. When inspecting 3D objects like circuit boards or semiconductor wafers, there is less of a chance of the objective hitting the sample and causing damage. Brightfield 20× and 50× and brightfield/darkfield 20× and 50× models are available. Integrators can choose from a variety of objective and tube lens combinations to simplify their system requirements.
