optical parametric oscillators Photonics Industries International Inc. has announced the DS series diode-pumped optical parametric oscillators. Based on the company's intracavity frequency conversion technology, the oscillators offer TEM00 beam quality with M2 <1.1, a pulse width of 30 ns and a wavelength range of 1.5 to 2.0 µm. The DS10E and DS20 produce 4 and 7 mJ per pulse, respectively, with a 1-kHz repetition rate at the pumping wavelength of 1053 nm. The repetition rate is adjustable from single shot to 10 kHz.
