The optical test-and-measurement module from Timbercon Inc. facilitates the combination of active and passive optical components in single- and multichannel platforms to meet application-specific requirements. It functions as a stand-alone unit or can be used as part of a larger test set, and is available in standard and custom configurations. The module can incorporate electronic and manual variable optical attenuators, integrated optical taps and multiple control interfaces with configurations of 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 channels.
