Objective Focusing StageThe DOF-5 from Dover Motion is a low-cost objective focusing stage for automated imaging applications.

The device features optical position feedback and servo drive controls integrated directly into the stage. It overcomes the limitations of piezo focusing stages by offering greater travel of 5 mm, higher bandwidth, and fast step and settle while maintaining nanometer-level imaging stability.

The DOF-5 stage is ideal for automated microscope objective focusing applications, such as next-generation sequencing, digital cell morphology, automated digital pathology, digital microscopes, high-content imaging, and automated cell counting.
