DALISPIM from LifeCanvas Technologies is an open-top light sheet microscope for high-throughput spatial biology, such as in drug and disease model screening applications. It uses depth-adaptive light interface technology; its unique design enables seamless imaging of tissues in standard sample carriers like multiwell plates. Using the broad compatibility of an inverted microscope with high-speed, high-resolution volumetric imaging, DALISPIM enables direct examination of tissues in standard carriers such as well plates, Petri dishes, slide glasses, and organ-on-a-chip devices. It enables aberration-free volumetric imaging of plated samples up to 6-8 mm without immersion baths.
