To protect mission-critical services, the device can be equipped with field-addressable spare ports to reassign locations and bypass interruptions. It offers low optical loss and fast switching speeds. The matrix of 576 × 576 non-blocking fiber ports enables operators to remotely connect a greater number of fibers together in a compact form factor for applications such as cybersecurity, network monitoring, test lab automation, and data center cross connects.
