attocube IDS3010The IDS3010 optical displacement sensor from attocube systems AG has a data acquisition bandwidth of 10 MHz, allowing for the simultaneous detection of position variations of up to three targets with a position resolution of 10-12 m.

The sensor reaches working distances of more than 5 m and is capable of tracking target velocities up to 2 m/s. The three-axis design also enables ultraprecise measurements of angular variations and tilt effects of a target.

Its slim size allows machine integration with free-beam operation for OEM and synchrotron applications.
