Optical ModuleThe Optimom 1.5 M from Teledyne e2v Ltd. is a turnkey optical module that can be instantly integrated into vision systems.

The complete board-level vision extension is made to accelerate development time, reduce R&D investment, and scale down manufacturing costs for embedded vision and artificial intelligence vision solutions. It includes a proprietary image sensor, a 25-mm square board with lens mount, and optional lens in various options. Featuring a 1.5-MP CMOS image sensor, the module provides a 1920 × 800 format ideal for scanning applications such as handheld scanners, auto identification systems, laboratory equipment, and drones.
