Optical Parametric AmplifierAPE GmbH has announced the AVUS femtosecond optical parametric amplifier, providing widely tunable high-energy pulses and high repetition rates.

The amplifier is designed to be pumped by 1-μm lasers with femtosecond pulse width. UV/VIS and IR extensions are available for wavelengths from 210 nm to 11 μm.

The device is fully automated and includes automated wavelength separation.
