TOKYO, Aug. 9, 2022 — Optical Spectrum AnalyzersThe AQ6375E and AQ6376E NIR/mid-IR band optical spectrum analyzers from Yokogawa Test & Measurement Corp. provide high-resolution and a wide measurement range to support the development of lasers for measuring greenhouse gases and blood glucose concentrations.

The benchtop optical spectrum analyzers use dispersion spectroscopy to resolve the wavelength components of optical devices such as semiconductor lasers and fiber lasers in order to assess their properties. The AQ6375E features a design that is optimized for measurements in the 1- to 2.5-µm range. The AQ6376E is optimized for measurements in the 1.5- to 3.4-µm range.
