Optical Spectrum AnalyzersThe AQ6375E and AQ6376E optical spectrum analyzers from Yokogawa Europe BV, Test & Measurement combine short- and mid-wavelength IR with extreme optical precision to aid in the development of measurement lasers.

The grating-based devices cover SWIR >2 μm and MWIR >3 μm with high optical performance. The AQ6375E Standard has a wavelength range of 1200 to 2400 nm; the AQ6375E Extended Wavelength version has a wavelength range of 1000 to 2500 nm; the AQ6375E Limited version has a wavelength range of 1200 to 2400 nm; and the AQ6376E Standard has a wavelength range of 1500 to 3400 nm.

Applications include environmental measurement and gas sensing, medicine, biotechnology, and industrial laser applications.
