ANDOVER, Mass., March 8, 2023 — Optical TransceiverSiFotonics Technologies' 400G-ER4-30 QSFP-DD optical transceivers solution enables 400 G transmission over 30 km and is designed in compliance with newly released specifications defined by 100 G Lambda MSA, supported by more than 45 industry leading companies. 400 G-ER4-30 leverages on SiFotonics advanced high-speed Ge/Si APD, integrated four times of 100 G-PAM4 with O-band WDM at 400 GHz channel spacing, supporting 400 Gbps transmission over 30 km with minimum dispersion penalty. The product is designed with optical channel polarization arrangement to minimize nonlinear effects such as four-wave mixing.
